What’s included in our full refurbishment?
Preventive maintenance: fluids, filters, chassis grease, and a 120-point inspection.
Tune-up (spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires) as applicable.
Complete brake job: master cylinder, wheel cylinders, e-brake cables, shoes, seals & hardware.
All hydraulic cylinders rebuilt (lift, tilt, steering, side-shift).
Safety systems verified: lights, seat belts, horn, back-up alarm.
Starter/alternator/battery tested; cooling components replaced as needed.
Mast, chains, slides inspected/adjusted; carriage/forks checked.
Leaks corrected; hydraulic hoses replaced if damaged; linkages adjusted.
Pressure wash, paint, new decals, seat, and weather-stripping for a work-ready finish.
