📦 Our Shipping Policy – AAA Forklifts

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the item, shipping method, and destination.

  • Parts & Accessories: typically ship via standard ground (3–7 business days).
  • Forklifts & Heavy Equipment: are shipped via freight. We’ll contact you to schedule delivery and provide an estimated timeframe.

Local Pickup: You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at either of our locations:

  • Orlando, FL: 2699 N Forsyth Rd, Orlando, FL 32807
  • Raleigh, NC: 2700 Gresham Lake Rd. Unit #0440, Raleigh, NC 27615

We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Freight Delivery Requirements: All forklift and large equipment deliveries must be accessible by truck and prepared to receive palletized freight. Residential deliveries may incur additional fees. Please notify us in advance of any special requirements.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! We offer international shipping on most parts, accessories, and equipment. Rates and timelines will vary depending on destination and carrier.

International Orders for Parts:

  • For smaller items (parts and accessories), shipping rates will appear at checkout.
  • Delivery may take 1–4 weeks depending on customs and local courier processing.

International Freight (Forklifts & Equipment):

  • Shipping rates for forklifts and large machinery will be quoted after checkout.
  • We will contact you to arrange freight shipping and coordinate logistics.
  • Please ensure the delivery location is equipped to receive commercial freight.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country. AAA Forklifts is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional charges once a shipment reaches your country.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to carrier and regulatory limitations, some products may not be eligible for international delivery. If any item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we will contact you to provide alternate options or issue a refund.

Recipient Information Requirements: To complete international shipments, customers must provide:

  • Full name and delivery address
  • Valid contact phone number
  • Tax ID or import license (if required by destination country)
  • Preferred customs broker (for B2B shipments, optional)

📦 Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

AAA Forklifts is not liable for delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
